DESIGN RANGE






Design range exemplifies the brands philosophy of practicality linear designs on structural aesthetics - I am really happy with this work as this is something I have little experience in and I'm pleased with the outcome the designs have taken careful consideration and I feel they represent my work the whole way throughout.

MODEL CHOICES

Model choices- as i haven't selected all models yet I decided to work on putting together a number of ideas for choices a mixture of neutral, masculine, feminine, multi racial - this exemplifies my concept of representing everyone

BRANDING IDEAS





Shoot done with one of my chosen models Ryan, looking into branding ideas - came up with the idea of incorporating colour over faces - the two lines for the two in 2x1. This is something that would be interesting to take forward into final ideas for look book. The linear lines exemplify the work throughout this project.

GEOGRAPHICAL PLACEMENT






One of my placement contemporaries personnel of new york - this exemplifies my concept with an everyone section featured, as you can se the style and silhouette of the clothes reiterates my designs , the layout of the store is bright fun and fresh.





                               





second placement contemporary, Assembly new york. Features unisex brands 69 and other neutral clothing, minimal aesthetic of contemporary designers.

COLOUR PALETTE

Colour palette worked out, muted colours exemplify the neutral brand aesthetic work for both male and female. The duck egg is optional but will be featured in print - adding a new addition to the tones.

PHILOSOPHY

creating a unisex brand that represents non-conformity, a collection that anyone can wear. Eradicating trends this will be something that is genderless, the subtraction of man and woman. This will be exemplified in the garments with simple silhouettes and oversized cuts. These pieces will allow practicality and comfort for the wearer; the unique selling point will be in the use of colour and print of these garments. The communication being a key point will reiterate this aim with the representation of ‘everyone’, moving away from societies standards of perfection. The diversity will be shown in the choice of models with unique attributes that make them perfect for the brand, different, shapes, height, age and race. This brand will become an identity, something that people instantly recognise with the distinguishable brand name and logo designs.

BLOG CONTENT





















Other contemporaries blog content - a mixture of design work, communication, imagery, editorials etc. 
The creation of the tumblr / blog site needs to be created in extended practice with the aesthetic being of minimal order and simple layout.
The imagery taken by me can be posted here along with pictures that inspire the brand and collage work as a starting point the further extended practice gets the more imagery can be posted. 
It would be interesting to do an introductory feature into the models featured throughout the communication of my brand.
